What does TAZ Learning do?
TAZ Learning provides online training to organizations. We help you choose training for your teams across technical and non-technical skills, provide corporate pricing, and set up access for your learners.
Who is TAZ Learning for?
Organizations of all sizes that want to train their people, including HR and L&D teams, IT leaders, department heads and business owners. Training covers both IT and non-IT roles.
Do you work with individuals?
We focus on organizations. If your employer has referred you, or you would like to suggest training to your employer, contact us and we will help.
Training and courses
What topics does your training cover?
AI and generative AI, cybersecurity, IT support, cloud and networking, data and analytics, software development, project management, leadership, professional skills, Microsoft 365 and workplace training.
What learning formats are available?
Formats vary by program and include self-paced online video, live virtual classes, blended programs and hands-on practice for some technical topics. Each course page and proposal shows the format.
How long do courses take?
It varies widely, from short focused courses to longer certification programs. Duration is shown on each course page where available and confirmed in your proposal.
Do you offer certification preparation?
Yes. Training is available for widely recognized certifications in IT, cybersecurity, cloud and project management. Whether exam vouchers are included depends on the program.
Pricing and purchasing
How does corporate pricing work?
Pricing depends on the training selected, the number of learners and the access period. Request corporate pricing and we will send a proposal for your team.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Tell us your purchasing requirements when you request pricing and we will confirm the payment options in your proposal.
Is there a minimum team size?
Tell us how many people you would like to train and we will confirm the options available for your team size.
What is your refund policy?
Refund and cancellation terms depend on the programs purchased and are set out in your proposal and our refund policy.
Getting started
How do we get started?
Request corporate pricing or talk to a training specialist. Tell us about your goals, the roles involved and how many people need training, and we will recommend training and send a proposal.
How do learners access training?
Once you approve your proposal, we set up access and send your learners what they need to get started online. Access details depend on the programs selected.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to corporate inquiries promptly. Every inquiry is reviewed by a person, not an automated system.
